What is a volunteer vacancy?
Volunteer vacancies can cover a wide range of unpaid roles, including:
- Temporary holiday jobs
- Internships
- Permanent part-time opportunities (e.g. front of house duties)
- Student projects
- Occasional/casual help
We welcome genuine volunteer vacancies on the ArtsJobFinder website, but if you would like to advertise a Board position or a role that pays a fee, salary or wage, you’ll need to go to our main Recruitment or Invitation to Tender sections. We depend completely on paid-for advertising to enable us to keep this website up and running, so PLEASE don’t take advantage.
If you’re not sure whether your vacancy qualifies, then please call Paul first on 01223 200200. Unfortunately, if you upload something that doesn’t qualify for this section, we’ll have to remove it and we won’t be able to take any voluntary vacancies from you in future. Sorry!
